These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Renzo ("the Service"). By creating an account or using Renzo, you agree to these Terms.

What Renzo Is

Renzo is a relationship outreach tool that helps professionals manage contacts, generate AI-assisted messages, and track communication history. The Service is provided on a pay-as-you-go, credit-based basis with no subscription required.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Renzo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use Renzo to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email or spam to people who have not consented to receive communications from you.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any individual or organization.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CCPA.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.

Renzo is intended for legitimate professional outreach to individuals with whom you have an existing business relationship. Use of the Service for cold spam campaigns is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

Credits and Payments

Renzo operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when AI-powered features are used. The following terms apply:

• Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire.
• Purchases are processed by Stripe. All sales are final once a credit purchase is completed.
• We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect credits already purchased.
• In cases of clear billing errors, contact us at davidlgenuth@gmail.com within 30 days.

Service Availability

Renzo is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Renzo's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Renzo be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms — particularly provisions related to spam or illegal use. Termination may result in forfeiture of any remaining credits without refund.

You may close your account at any time by emailing davidlgenuth@gmail.com.

Your Data

You retain full ownership of the contact data you import into Renzo. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership over your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. By using Renzo, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Renzo after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
