Renzo ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
When you use Renzo, we collect the following:
We do not collect any data passively through tracking pixels, third-party analytics, or advertising networks.
All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase, a managed database platform with servers located in the United States. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use row-level security so your data is logically isolated from other users.
We use your data exclusively to provide the Renzo service:
We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. We do not use your contact data or message content to train AI models.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Renzo never sees, stores, or has access to your full credit card number. All payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe under their own privacy and security policies.
Renzo does not use cookies beyond what is strictly necessary to maintain your login session (a short-lived token stored in browser session storage). We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing davidlgenuth@gmail.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request. Note that contact data you imported belongs to you — we retain no copies after deletion.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Renzo after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
