1. Open your CRM or spreadsheet
2. Export contacts to CSV (File → Export → CSV)
3. Go to Contacts → Import CSV in Renzo
4. Renzo auto-detects your columns and imports

1. In Salesforce: Reports → New Report → Contacts & Accounts
2. Add columns: Name, Account Name, Email, Phone, Last Activity Date, Contract End Date, Account Revenue
3. Run report → Export → CSV
4. Import the CSV into Renzo

Pull your HubSpot contacts with company data, deal stage, and last contact date into Renzo.

1. HubSpot → Contacts → All Contacts
2. Click Actions → Export
3. Select: Email, Company, Last Contacted, Deal Stage, Phone
4. Download CSV → Import into Renzo

Great for collections and invoice follow-up. Export customers with outstanding balances directly into Renzo.

1. Reports → Accounts Receivable Aging Detail
2. Customize: add Customer Name, Email, Balance, Due Date
3. Export to Excel → Save as CSV
4. Import into Renzo — set your role to "Collections" for smart prioritization

If you have a custom app like the Vendor Catalog Scheduler (VCS), you can embed Renzo directly or export data for import.

Renzo opens email drafts directly in Gmail or Outlook web. Your messages go out from your own email — your signature, your sent folder, your reply-to.

1. Go to Settings → Email Accounts
2. Add your Gmail or Outlook address with a label
3. Renzo detects the domain and opens the right email client
4. Gmail addresses → opens Gmail compose in browser
   Outlook/Hotmail → opens Outlook web compose
